This summer, 16 young creatives came together for four weeks of creativity, collaboration and hands on industry experience at Dimz Inc. Academy 2026. Working in production teams, they developed three original productions from concept to final cut, learned directly from industry professionals and built practical skills across production, filming, editing, branding and design. The Academy culminated in a showcase at the Southbank Centre, celebrating their work, progress and creativity.

This summer, Spiral Skills supported young people through the UK Youth Summer Jobs Programme, combining employment training with paid work placements. From building confidence and workplace skills to gaining hands-on experience, discover how young people developed, grew and prepared for their futures.

Dream Big supported young people in Lambeth to build confidence, develop their skills and gain real-world experience through personalised mentoring and practical opportunities. We look back at the programme and highlight Abeil’s journey within the creative industries.

We’re proud of our Changemakers, and grateful to BBC Children in Need and DJ AG for helping to lift their voices. This was a celebration of youth work, of long-term relationships, and of what’s possible when youth-led change is given the spotlight it deserves.

At this year’s London Youth Awards, our Changemakers were acknowledged for leading outreach, mentoring peers, challenging systems, and shaping what youth work can be. This award is a reflection of their leadership, their energy, and their belief that things can be done differently.

The Lambeth Charter for Change sets out a bold but essential vision: communities deserve joined-up, trustworthy services that act with care and consistency.

Ecosystem Coldharbour brings together health, education, policing, housing and the voluntary sector to shape a community-led public health model in Lambeth, with insights informing the Lambeth Charter for Change.
