DREAM BIG is a MENTORING PROGRAMME for young people in lambeth aged 16-30
get support with:
Personal support: 1:1 time to figure out your goals, a plan that works for you, and mentoring to keep you moving forward
Employability skills: CV & cover letter writing, interview prep, job applications, how to own your workplace manner.
Life skills: Digital literacy, financial planning, resilience, essential skills.
Work experience & networking: Minimum 3 days’ work experience, employer-led workshops, LinkedIn profile creation
Opportunity Matching: Signposting and guidance toward education, training, apprenticeships, or employment.
WHO IS IT FOR?
For young people in Lambeth aged 16–30 who have been out of education, work or training for 6 months and finding it hard to get started again.
Must fit at least one priority group
Care-experienced
Young carers
Known to Youth Justice Service
SEND or mental health challenges
Refugees or asylum seekers
Young parents
Individuals facing multiple barriers (homelessness, substance recovery, previous school exclusions)

⏱️ What’s the commitment?
⏱️ Time & Attendance
Programme kicks off on Monday 19th January and runs for 6 months
Sessions will take place at Oasis St Martins Village, 155 Tulse Hill, SW2 3UP
Applicants must attend at least 70% of sessions
📝 What You’ll Need to Do
Attend weekly one-to-ones with our mentors
Take part in 3 #DreamBig workshops
Complete a minimum of 3 days’ work experience
