lead facilitator
Delivery team
We’re seeking two dynamic and engaging Lead Facilitators to join Spiral Skills’ growing delivery team. In this role, you’ll bring our youth training programmes to life—delivering interactive workshops, supporting young people facing barriers, and championing our holistic, trauma-informed approach to youth development.
As a Lead Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the learning experience for young people aged 14–24, helping them to build the confidence, essential skills, and sense of agency they need to thrive in work and life. You’ll lead on the delivery of our Engage and Inspire programmes, which use creative, experiential learning to develop teamwork, communication, and resilience—while connecting young people directly with inspiring professionals and meaningful opportunities.
You’ll be part of a movement that empowers over 1,000 young people across London each year, many of whom face systemic barriers linked to socio-economic inequality or exclusion from education. Spiral’s facilitators are not just trainers—they are role models, motivators, and champions of young people’s potential. Working closely with our Programme Manager and delivery team, you’ll help shape sessions that are positive, interactive, and rooted in respect, ensuring every young person leaves our programmes more confident, capable, and future-ready.
