We’re bringing together amazing organisations to connect you with a community that’s here to support your growth and your journey to a dream career. Explore job opportunities, free training programmes, connect with mentors who can help with your CV — or get support with your headspace if all the decision-making feels like a lot.

There’ll also be free food, live performances, fun activities, and a welcoming space for everyone — so bring your friends, family, or little ones and make a day of it!

Futures Festival 2025 was a highly successful event, with over 100 participants and 63 survey responses.

Attendees gave an average rating of 8.6/10, with over 80% reporting increased confidence and awareness of future opportunities.
