Become a Changemaker with spiral

A paid pathway for young leaders to train, deliver, and launch projects that make a real difference.

Welcome to the Changemakers Programme

The Changemakers Programme is designed for young people who want to do more than dream about change — they want to make it happen.

Over the course of a year, participants will:

  • Do the work: gain paid experience as professional youth workers, facilitators, and community leaders.

  • Shape the system: learn to advocate, campaign, and influence decision-makers across Lambeth and beyond.

  • Sustain themselves: develop viable career pathways, from launching social enterprises to progressing in schools, charities, or policy roles.

Our goal is simple: to empower the next generation of Lambeth leaders with the skills, confidence, and networks to drive real impact — in their communities and in their own lives.

By the end of the programme, you’ll leave financially self-sustaining, equipped with tangible offers such as consultancy packages, sustained roles, or funded ventures.

All training, delivery, and facilitation is paid at London Living Wage (LLW)

Participants are contracted and paid for their time, with clear expectations and professional standards
